i rather they do away with this free phones competition and give us like microsd, thumbdrive or G4 leather back cover etc. for the 3 LG G Flex2 phones, they can do a lucky draw for hwz.

I think LG phones quite plastic for the appearance. Maybe thay can follow iphone design like what samsung is doing now

I tried a demo set of flamenco red #LGHotCurves before and the look and feel i
are not really that plastic.

LG G Flex 2 is the first smartphone boarding snapdragon 810 chipset.

That time hearsay 810 is prone to overheating. Not sure how it is in real life. Any comments from G Glex 2 owners? :o

You can read reviews. Some say it's not an issue. Some say it got warm easily. Overheating is definitely exaggerating. Modern processor all have thermal sensor. Once it gets too hot, it will throttle to cool it down. It won't "over heat" unless there is a hardware fault. :s13:

But i do believe that the 810 runs hotter than Qualcomm's older phones. Playing with the demo units for a short while causes the phone to heat up a little already. But personally i think it's nothing to be worried about. It's the UI and performance of the phone i'm more worried about. :s13:

Oh, and G Flex 2 was the first to use LDPPR4 RAMs too. LG cramped a lot of new tech into the G Flex 2.

Yup, not overheating in the sense of being hot to touch, but I think if it heats until it needs to throttle it's considered overheating already in my view...

Hopefully they don't resort to adding fans at the back of the LG G4 when it comes out la hor :s13:

G4 battery is removal? Heard hardwarezone team will be first in Singapore to get a sample set before launching on 29th April in Singapore

Yes, many rumors say G4 will indeed have a removable battery. Vjay give us a hint too haha. Also comes with a microSD card slot up to 128GB, which the crazy Samsung S6 has over-confidently taken that away from their fansee. Now, the fansee are left angry and disappointed with an unused microSD card. Bad move by Samsung to be honest.

Mosmos no more post foodie shots? :o

Omg, the Dura guard glass is resilient, seems so stretchable.

Hahaha yes Dura guard glass got comes with additional inhouse special ingredient to make it stretchy hehee.

Some report say it overheats easily which I also think is exaggerated until cannot. End up snapdragon 810 reputation was affected somehow. G4 will be getting UX 4.0 which soon after G Flex 2 will follow! Can expect more fluid interfaces and camera works to be tuned greatly. They even got the famous photographer to take manual shots heheee and spread the joy of quality photos.

The Queen Flex 2 is a teaser to many good stuffs LG can offer :s12:

Looking at the LG G3... LG's track record hasn't been extremely good. I've read some reviews that mentioned aggressive thermal throttling on the G4. The G Flex 2 seems to be the same too. But they are not the only ones of course. Like even on the 1st Gen Moto X, the phone gets hot easily, and can see thermal throttling frequently too. :s22:

But looking at what samsung did with their recent devices, LG definitely has the opportunity to do the same too. Come up with devices that are so compelling that even people who doesn't like them traditionally will praise it. :s13:

But thankfully for LG, they seem to have a slightly better reputation. Probably because of the Nexus 4 and Nexus 5. haha.

Yup the heat thingy is the most common issue reported for most reviews I read online

Don't worry if you accidentally sit on the LF G Flex 2, it's resilient enough to flex back.

What happens if you sit on the LG G Flex2 (with the screen facing down) on a soft sofa? It will bend the other direction too much and crack?

So must remember to put the phone screen facing up.

Software optimization can only do so much.
Even with custom kernel and processor core hotplugging, if the hardware design is flawed, the product is more or less stuck flawed as well.

Recently posted video from Pocketnow. Trying to test out the self healing properties on the back cover. haha. I don't see much healing going on actually. lol. Since the back is removable anyway, self healing back is probably not a huge deal.

I agree, like that at least more ppl can get freebie from LG.
From the looks of the current situation i think only 10 or less people can get it.....

Screen up then the curvy butt shape will fit in just nice on Flex2 screen. :s13: If can get this then will tell you whether can withstand the weight or not. :p

You mean remember to put the phone screen facing down?

LG G Flex 2, designed for your butt.
Inspired by ???

Eeeekkk S3 is my old sucky phone. Died shortly after one year.

Hahaha I think LG G Flex 2 is designed for the shape of butt too. Curvy. That's why the ladies will appreciate this better? :s13: Falmenoco Red advertise big big! Platinum Silver is more suitable for me imo. :o

Curved 5.5" 1080p P-OLED display with Dura Guard coating on Gorilla Glass 3, self-healing back cover against scratches, Laser-guided autofocus on OIS+ camera, Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 with Adreno 430 makes LG G Flex 2 your potential purchase this summer.

Sure boh? My Razer Nabu also liddat, but after awhile, it started to show lines of cracks...

If i hit the jackpot then I gvgt the G Flex 2 to show you whether got cracks or not lol. That's why I say LG should give a one year free screen replacement for those who purchase FLex 2, then consumers will have bigger confidence to flex the phone.

Razer Nabu don't have this flex flex gif  that's why crack lo
