What to do after nitec

m asking behalf of my brother. He graduated from ite and got into poly but he drop out after 1 year. He say the school system teaching all cmi. Then his friends and teacher all look down on him cause he from ite. Because of that he suffer from stress even though he studied very hard but still failed his papers. So now that he's dropped out, he said he has plans to in the future to earn money without diploma or degree. As a brother I am very concerned for his well being. He doesn't want to take up any schools anymore and he thinks the singapore education has some conspiracy behind it. It's like people study for money rather than knowledge which is true. But what can I tell him to change his mind so that he can go back to study. He's only 20. Without higher notes cert at least, he would have a hard time finding a decent job. But he keeps saying he has a plan which sounds bogus.

You can ask him to go back to poly, or do a private diploma, or go to Shatec and learning to be a cook, or learn to be a mechanic.
Or he can take private A levels at MDIS or just go into the workplace.

Ask him not to mix with friends with negative influences.

Singapore education system is faulty and elitist.

U implied that he suffered from the social implication of not doing well in poly. As a result, he becomes demoralised and so give up study.

As a brother, do you really want him to repeat his traumatic event? What does a "decent job" mean to you? Does he view "decent job" the same as you? [salary, job security, job position, job stress, etc...]

U mentioned that you're concerned about his well-being. At the same time, you wan him to pursue further study (which he feels stressed).

What does he wanna do in life in the future? Is poly/university education a "must" to attain what he desires?

Overall, what is his purpose of study? Is that purpose supported by a strong will?

Just my two-cents thought...
