What to do in bali?

Hi All..am planning a 5 weekday trip with my SO to bali in the last quarter of this year..have booked the hotels and flight..but will need some suggestions on what we can do or eat there!!

so far we are just planning to go to the water park, Bali Bom..

will appreciate lotsa suggestions from fellow travel mates on the food, pricing, sight seeing locations etc
