What to do in Udon Thani

Anyone have any ideas? Something special and cannot be found locally...

Im more of a scenery person... so not much shopping or cafes unless its really unique... or rather just throw your suggestions then i see what i can do

nothing much. go the lake see the giant duck?? go see the temple where the forest monk is located?

Visit the Mekong nearby or at Nong Khai, which is a very pleasant town. Cross over to Vientiane.

Go see the red lotus sea (lake), at night go UD Town.

udon thani not too much, but nong khai yes. have quite a few ancient temples. But remember to rent a car, place is huge.

Nope. Will fly up then people will pick me at the airport.
