Mee hoon Kueh if handmade
Ban mian or ee mian if machine made

I eat before machine made mee hoon kueh, all squarish and clump together. Never going to eat machine made mee hoon kuek ever again

In the past, I only ordered ban mian and mee hoon kueh. Both must be dried type with lots of vinegar. If want healthier, will change to mee hoon soup.

My hubby only goes for ee mian, soup version.

Very interesting poll results.

Concurs with my observations as well.

The most popular choice of noodle at the ban mian stall is not ban mian but rather you mian.
