Most important is how good the signal coverage. Cheap but with weak signal, but than don't have at all.

That's why I went with Singtel.

They are the local giant in terms of infrastructure.

For those people who travel overseas, roaming is also another consideration.

The other smaller unknown new players are not so reliable.

Singtel SIM Only Plan FTW.

I renewed my SIM Only plan, cheapest one is $20 per month.
Comes with free caller ID and the usually data, voice , SMS etc....

What won me over is the free additional SIM card for my Tablet (Ipad Pro).
Free 500mb of data per month.
No monthly subscription fees.
$10 per GB if the monthly 500mb is exceeded.
500mb plan? $10 per GB??? 2012 price ah? Hello giga is $20 for 100gb leh... That works out to be $0.20 per GB.

Should i sign up for Singtel, Starhub or M1?

why now got all so many new companies like Giga, Gomo, Maxx, Circles Life, SIMBA, Zero1?!?!

Please recommend me the best one.
I need buy new number so my ex-girlfriend cannot whatsapp or call me
Unless you chop off your right or left hand; your ex gf(or current)will always be able to find you since it is your body

If you are looking for network quality. I believe the best should be Starhub and Singtel.

If you are looking for price and some freebie, you can look at Simba with free roaming to Malaysia

I know... But what can u do with 500mb SIM card anyways? It's a trap to make u bust ur limit and make u pay $10 per GB.

I usually link my Tablet to my Iphone to ride on the 60gb. It is more than enough.

The additional SIM card now gives me the convenience to operate the tablet by itself.

Well if it works for u I guess... I bust through 500mb easily within a day can't even imagine using it for any practical use in this day. I rather get 1 big data plan then tether my other devices to it to use data.

I agree with you, 500mb is not enough.

I only bring out my Tablet for Ad Hoc surfing from time to time.

So this setup works for me.

I don't really like to tether my Ipad to my Iphone for the wifi, it causes my Iphone battery to be used up very quickly.

Now with the additional free SIM, it suits my requirements.

Last Time, Singtel charged at least $10 per month, for an additional Sim Card, for tablets.

Just get MVNO with SingTel’s network can already. Like Gomo or Vivifi.

I’m with giga! with 320gb plan for $20

Maybe u can consider getting a 2nd SIM instead for $10 if u really need a separate SIM card for ur tablet. Seriously that 500mb SIM card is really useless la

Plus you can get a 500mb free sim with the cheapest $30 fibre broadband plan on M1 as well.
