what's this? oxidation?

Hi guys, anyone can tell me what is this bluish green spot at the golden contact area of my gpu? oxidation? I do not remb seeing it when i installed the card which was only about a month ago.

need to rma or not?

Probably not a good idea. It might leave something else behind.

I would steer away from mechanical abrasive cleaners since, although quick and easy, these have a tendency to remove one contaminant (the oxidation) and replace it with another (abrasive particles) which can impair the solderability.

I checked a couple of reviews and all of them have it so i guess it's normal since it's not at the connecting end? Some other gpu brands also has those spots at the same area. ok, maybe should start a thread in hwz see whose 1070 mini has it since i believe we have quite a number of owners here. Alrighty, thanks guys, i guess i will just live with it since it has yet to affect performance.
