If the ban is really for public health, they'd have banned smoking altogether, cigarettes and e cigarette. But no. Why? Money.

If tax is based on per kg of tobacco, how much tax revenue will fall if it becomes legal and everyone switches?
Or they introduce those type tobacco-free (like no-alcohol beer), then zero tax..

Cigarettes one pack once open must finish within two days max. Once third day onwards the the cigarettes will smell sour liao. E cigar vape no such issue.
