Whats wrong with my iphone 5

sometimes my iphone 5 the sound wont come out but it's not in silent mode. no keyboard click sound , ringtones and when i try to play music it will automatically stop when i click play button .


tried restarting phone and it is back to normal . encountered this 3 times already once in a while not very frequently though but just want to know if anyone here have experienced this before? whats wrong with the iphone??

Maybe going to uplorry soon. Try taking it in for exchange before warranty runs out

do a restore first to isolate the issue of software corruption. sometimes, some junk apps can interfere the way the os operates.

if all fail, its time to exchange for a refurb-ed phone.

i just experienced this problem. no sound at all , cannot play music at all. did a restart and its back to normal.

Try doing a restore and see if problem persists.

yup tried it before. it still happen although not frequently .

if u got jb maybe some tweak interfering? else it's prob like zero mentioned hardware issue. get it changed at e service centre.

happened to me on my iphone 4

it's a problem with the headphone jack i think

try plugging in a pair of earphones and unplug, that used to solve the problem for me

Press very hard on the bottom right of the front of the iPhone, which is beside the home button.

Encountered the above before, but very rarely. Usually a full restart of the Music app or replugging in of my earpiece gets it back to normal.
