whats your boxed pasta go to brand?

used to think Barilla is cheap and good but recently came across this la molisana brand. which is just slightly more exp than Barilla but so much better in terms of texture.

i eat a lot of pasta during wkends.

usually i buy barilla for pappardelle. as for normal pasta, molisana is gd, decco event better. if i really no money i will take san remo.

gd pasta depends a lot on cooking timing, gd pasta are slightly more forgiving on this.

fresh pasta are the best but usually beyond my budget. the only fresh i will get will be gnocchi.
