Whatsapp backup

Hi guys my whatsapp cannot backup anymore because it says there is not enough iPhone storage. However I have subscribed to the cloud storage and there is enough storage space. It is also showing that my Whatsapp is using icloud.

Anyone knows how can I solve this issue?

I think they have to backup to your phone first before going into iCloud. So is no choice one
