recently my whatsapp app is unable to do backup. The error message informed that i have insufficient disk space and asked me free some space before trying again.

But i checked my iphone storage remaining disk space is 20gig and icloud is 30 gig.

Any solution for this? I have restarted the iphone and app but still same error.
