I have been told (and screenshot shown) that when a whatsapp message is sent to me, the senders phone has only tick though my phone has both wifi and data switched on. The second tick is seen on the senders device after 15 or 30 minutes. This doesn’t happen every time but happens randomly. It seems like the wifi / data network connection is going to sleep and then waking up on its own. It happens when I don’t touch the phone for few hours. I confirmed my whatsapp is not going to sleep i.e. receive message when I open whatsapp. I am using S21 now.

- Wifi on, satrhub data on
- Only M1 data on
- Only starhub data on
- Reset the network
- Reset the whole phone
- Had same problem in S10 and now in S21
