Both are brainless. One day other use the same way reject them especially is a wedding invitation than only they knows. If want to reject also must come out a short reason eg. Sorry i have a dinner appointment can't join in.
Don't need to give excuse

Person A reply : Not going.
Person B replied : Of coz not.

What you think of reply?
Person A is neutral reply. Not going.
Person B is kind of howlian type.

Whats your assessment on Person A and B?

If reply like 'may or may nor go", it is neutral response. But to reply "of coz not" is like a slap in the face
It may jus be a outing that is non comply with his standing order...

Some ppl are known to
Not go for drinks
Not go on certain days
Not go before out station
Not go if not ktv...
Etc etc

Seriously. To assess the reply is to breed amonosity. Being curious is BS.
