Assuming i am graduating from poly soon and enlisting soon. when will the details about enlistment comes?

Are u planning to go PTP batch or enhance? Different answer for both.

If you are heading towards to PTP batch, due to inability to get silver for NAFA, then the first intake will be some time at the month of June. If your heading towards the enhanced batch, then the first intake for poly students will be some time in the month of August.

The second intake would be October-November (Unsure, 1 or 2 weeks after the first batch POP at october)

This is for Poly students. Letter to conscript you comes 2 months before the date. Cheer up and finish whatever you wants to do.

i believe whether one is to enlist in first batch or second batch of poly cohort or whether PTP or enhanced, if everything like PES is settled properly ahead of time, all will get it around the same time. 2- weeks to 2 months is a guide to get the notification, but sometimes can be much earlier

You should still take your napfa asap. However, the latest you can take is 2 weeks before enlistment.
