Where Can I Get New Blet Strap

Hi I have a CK belt that has been wearing for 4 years, problem now is that the belt strap seems to be wearing off but the buckle is still in very good condition.
Anyone has any idea where can i get a good replacement for the belt strap?
It is those that need to be sew up at the buckle end if you guys get what i mean.
