Do you have the receipt and when is it bought?

If there is a receipt and within the warranty period, please head down to ban leong to rma it.

Dun need to PM them, just go down and RMA. Pm them oso no use, they cant do RMA over HWZ..

TS, before you go down, check date of purchase against Coolermaster warranty period. If over, you should be heading to SLS instead.

i know they cant do rma here. just wanna ask if the psu is covered by banleong that all. I brought it from tradepac 1yr 6 mth ago so warrenty period probably there but i dont wan to make a wasted trip

What makes you think that the psu isn't covered by BL?
