Have done what I can to undo the incorrect classification. Should there be any more of such issues, just reach out.

Friend jio-ed me to eat at the Koothurar Briyani at 17 Beach Rd yesterday.

The mutton briyani/biryani was okay at best. Nothing great.

I am partial to chicken meat...but even my mutton-loving friend agreed that the meat was not great.

Huge portion of rice. Served with a hard-boiled egg & achar.

Overall a 6/10.

I like that the mutton has a sour aftertaste

Biryani is Persian then became popular in India via Mughal Empire
Padang is Indonesian
Kandar is Malaysia

My favorite Briyani is from Windsor Marriot in India... One of the best I had but that was decades ago.
