i use DBSV to buy shares. I ask DBSV where the dividends are paid to. DBSV tell me to ask CDP because it is not DBSV's business.

anyone know where the dividends go to?

your cdp holding account. You must link a current account to your cdp in order for them to credit your dividends

thanks.

I only have dbs savings account.

is it necessary to create a current account for linking to CDP, or can we link savings account to CDP?

When you opened your CDP account, they would have asked you to apply for DCS (think it stands for Direct Crediting Service) where you nominate a bank account, so any dividends or interests will be credited to that bank account directly. You should check if you have a DCP set up.
