Where to buy Intel T processors

Any one know where to buy such processors locally? I am looking for i3-8100T for a firewall appliance built, was hoping not to use the full size i3-8100 due to the higher TDP and I'm running it in a poor ventilated area.

I'm planning to get Shuttle XPC Slim DH310, so Xeon D is not compatible. I also had bad experience handling Atom processors a few years back, grew a lot of white hair during that period

Yeah, had an Atom laptop back in 2007, but the performance was so bad that another laptop from 2003 running Pentium 4 was outperforming it in terms of load time and usability. Since then I swore not to touch another Atom processor.
