Where to Buy O-Ring Washers?

Hi, anyone knows where I can get o-ring washers? Either felt or rubber ones.

I am getting them for my glass panel case to prevent the screws from scratching the glass surface and also in between a metal piece in the InWin 901 HDD tray to minimise the rattling.
