Where to dispose old rigs?

Hey all, have 2 old desktops from parents place, maybe circa 2008-2013

Thinking how to get rid of them? Just dump downstairs?

Would you suggest take out anything, other than hdd?

Abit lazy to troubleshoot, find the parts identity, which parts spoilt, or working etc etc. definitely not new stuff, some cant even on. Or its a super old hdd, bootup 15min lol. Thanks!

Should be hhd issue but a ssd might even cost more than your current rig.

same issue here, got a old ddr3 system, i think ill just dump it
