Where to get my OS

Hey guys, where do you buy your license for windows 8.1 from?

I've checked g2a, and windows 8.1 costs twice as much as windows 8. I thought upgrading from 8 to 8.1 was free? I'm so confused, help please!

I'd rather get non-ahem ones but how to install if I buy from g2a? :O

Windows 8 legit? If so , Update to Windows 8.1 from Windows 8 - Windows Help. Upgrade to 8.1 is free.
