Where to get server parts?

Hi,

Does anyone know whether there are local distributors for server parts that would sell to consumers? For example:

* Server processors (Xeons, Epyc)
* AsRock Rack or Supermicro motherboards
* Server rackmount cases and barebones
* Open racks or rack cabinets
* Rails, power distribution units and other accessories for racks
* Uninterruptable power supplies

While I could technically get everything from overseas, shipping is a pain for bigger items like rackmount cases, even more so if they don't ship directly to Singapore.

But for items like cases and rackmount cabinets, buying from Taobao is the cheapest, and you can use a forwarder to have them delivered.

Does taknet sell systems or components to end users? The website looks like its mainly targeted towards business, with no pricing listed.

I can't read Chinese, is there an English version of Taobao? Do you have specific forwarders that you had good experiences with? For bulkier items, I'm ok for it to be shipped by sea since that should be cheaper.
