I am going for a holiday far far away from Singapore in February soon. This would be our family trip to Switzerland and it we need a camcorder to capture the moments.
However, looking around Singapore, only a few shops sells video camcorders.
Toured around Courts and Gain City and Challenger. They do not sell any of it. Wonder is it nowadays not many people carry camcorders as our phones and digital camera already can do it?
Audio House and Megatex has a few selections of it, but it was too expensive.
Shall go and see at Harvey Norman and see what they offer.
Any of you here can recommend where to get the cheapest camcorders that can preferably record full HD 1080p. And has optical zoom more than 10x. What brands are better ? - Canon/Panasonic/Sony ?
Or should i use my EOS 500D to take videos instead? Because i am going to use it to take photos.
