If you cannot figure out what you want besides you want a degree how to suggest?

If I ask you, I am hungry and have $10 please suggest type of food and where to get it? How to suggest a small and sensible list

Honestly, I don't think you should even consider studying medicine when you can't even do simple research on the programs available overseas. Do you have at least $500k in your bank or your parent's bank? Are you prepared to study for another 7 years overseas? You have to be excellent in Biochemistry, Chemistry and Math to be accepted to med school - do you even have any basic knowledge in these areas? Lastly, there's a minimum GPA to be even considered for admission into a Biomedicine degree (Yes, a life science degree, not a medicine degree).

Maybe a little research next time? ;)
