Where to park USD 20K

Any suggestions where to park USD 20K?

For maybe half to 1 year? No intention to convert to SGD with anticipation USD rates should get better. I intend to keep it as liquid as possible for the near future. Low risk with low yield is acceptable. So will avoid any long term locked-in investments lasting more than 3 months.

1. MMFs
2. Savings account (or foreign currency savings account)
3. Super short term bonds/Fixed D
4. Just keep it at home. (Simply not worth the effort for so little returns)
5. Any other ideas?
