Where to repair nook?

hello everybody,

my nook is broken, the screen turns on but cannot like detect my fingers. every other button is spoilt!

Brought it to a certain store in funan to try to get it fixed. the guy took 2 months, no response from him, called didn't pick up, i had to make my way down to funan to find him and he just simply said, seems to be a hardware problem, without it BEING FIXED.

anyone has any ideas or experience with fixing a broken nook in singapore???

Where did you get it from? Can go back to the shop? Usually it needs to go back to the US...

What Nook is this? you can send it back to the US, but what may happen (call their US helpline to check!) is that they may simply replace the entire unit. Which means that you have no guarantee of any notes, bookmarks, shelves, and other data being preserved. I was told that the notes will still be there, but given what I've read online, i'm did take my chances...

I have a nook simple touch that has a frozen screen, do you think they will replace it?

I've bought things from B&N before and their shipping takes forever and they like to split the items up. My screen protector came before the case when I ordered them together.

meaning the screen is unresponsive? but everything else is ok? (buttons work)
