Where to revive 'bricked' laptop ?

Anyone know where to find service that can revive a 'bricked' laptop due to bad CMOS?
I flashed the BIOS, went through some settings and it can't boot to POST.
Official service center does not have the tech person to do the job and not carrying the required parts.
