where to rma Plextor ssd?

it hangs every now and then, after rebooting bios could not detect ssd until i did a few restarts.

went down to convergent for a 1 to 1 exchange now everything running seamlessly.

My first drive I got was a lemon too. I think its a matter of luck. Hope its all running fine now.

Wa lau, my 256GB M5S also lemon after buying on 24th Dec. After only 3 days setup PC Win 7 BSOD and SSD cannot be detected in BIOS.

Lucky have 7days 1 to 1 exchange from shop. This is my first plextor drive after using 4 ADATA before.
