December cannot lah. Unless you looking at two weeks quarantine and another 2 when back SG.

Earliest my guess is mid next year and thats if lucky.

I hope by Dec or even months before there would be some clearance between SG and some countries for tourism to revive... countries that have been doing well should cooperate with one another to allow tourist travelling and not just limited to essential travel bah (e.g. Taiwan, HK, NZ, JPN, etc.).

don't think Europe/America/Africa continents would be safe still by then.

No point planning ahead for this year. Even Malaysia may not be out of the woods. Perhaps Thailand and Vietnam among other neighbours may have an easier situation, but it also depends on whether we are allowed to travel without having to serve SHN upon return.

No insurance will protect your travel during this period.
