Which 3G/4G 7"/8" Android tablet?

I am a satisfied user of the Yuandao N70HD tablet. After subscribing to M1 fibre broadband recently, M1 gave me a mobile data SIM. Not sure whether 3G or 4G.

I am now thinking of switching to a 3G/4G 7"/8" Android tablet, to make use of the data SIM.

Any suggestions? I know of Samsung's Tab, Note, etc. Not familiar with the others.
