Which Blue Switch Keyboard? (TKL)

Hi guys,

having some wrist issues with my mouse/keyboard and going component by component to make it more ergonomic. Hence, going tenkeyless.

I'm using black-widow atm, and I'm pretty used to the blue switches, so I'm looking for blue tenkeyless keyboards.

Where to buy, and how much? I don't mind ordering online if significantly cheaper.

shortlist:
CM Storm quickfire (amazon: 91usd/121sgd, singapore: fuwell has the stealth edition for 138. prefer normal)

Ducky Zero TKL (again, dunno where to get and how much)

splurge edition
Ducky 2/3 TKL (ducky 2 if cheaper, but not sure where to get, and how much)

So, i think it's between these 3 and finding the best price! Anyone?

ps.off topic abit. Been using the Roccat Kone XTD, I'm not sure if it's my longer working hours or the mouse profile, feeling wrist pain/forearm sore (wrist tendinitis, self diagnosis).
Used Razer Copperheads with no issue for 7-9 years before retiring it, it refused to spoil lol. The copperheads are less raised than the Roccat, perhaps less strain on clicking? I click alot, even for no reason

Tec-Drome! okie, got my widow there too, competitive pricing compared to distro prices. yes i realised the way I click is a habit from the previous mouse. This XTD has a more curved profile.

If you are looking for an ergonomic keyboard you should also consider specialised layout for ergonomics. Examples include TECK keyboard, kinesis advantage and egrodox (through mass drop).

Appreciate the responses! Um, probably wouldn't go ergonomic keyboard, mainly the prices and space constraints, as well as the non-transference of habit (other users, laptop usage etc).

Went down to sim-lim today, did a little digging.

Couldn't find the CM storm quickfire rapid anywhere. And the stealth is about $128 if you like cybermind's website (or was it $138).

Anyway, decided it will be between

Ducky Shine 3 TKL vs Filco

and

Blue vs Brown

I spent about 3 hours touching the keyboards, walking around and reading... and I still can't settle for one

I tested all the combinations. brand vs brand, strangely, I feel the ducky shine 3 (brown) has a better feel to the tactile bump than the filco, despite folks saying the filco has a slight built better than the ducky. So my preference goes slightly towards Ducky. PLUS THE LIGHTS!

switches: blue vs brown

Personal habit is with blue, but because I'm experiencing wrist and forearm, I did a little digging and it seem to say brown is better for RSI issues. Took a long time (seemingly not long enough), and while I'm "okay" with brown switches, I still "like" blue better. doing a search on google "is brown switch better for RSI" and reading forums is...inconclusive. I wouldn't mind giving a shot at getting accustomed to brown if it really helps. Otherwise, I'm pretty comfy sticking with blue, when my wrists don't flare up.

Anyone switched from blues to brown and preferred it?

[Warranty Question]
How many years warranty are on either of these boards? LEDs might pose an issue going out so..

Also another big factor: Going to taiwan on the 18th. As I've read, ducky comes from taiwan (so does filco?). I wonder if it's much cheaper there, and of course, if there is global warranty.

PBT keycaps? What's the difference. Just the inking, or the whole feel of the keys? Looks like a deep hole the more I read..prefer to go stock I think? haha

The filco/ducky same price at tec-drome. That makes it a lot harder to decide. While the guy (didn't catch his name) recommended the filco, I felt the ducky was a touch better.

Update:

Ducky Taiwan Actually replied my PM on facebook.

Ducky Shine 3 DK9087 is 3290 TWD, which translates into SGD136! Savings of $39-44. But no local warranty. How many years warranty are ducky shine 3?

If it's only 1 year, I'll definitely buy in taiwan instead!
