Which BTO to Choose?

Trying to be neutral as if i am working in Jurong, of course Tengah the better choice. Or if my family has 5 members or more, 3 room would be strike off for comparisons, so considering Work from Home, only 3 members in total for the family.

So, if almost the same price for the following (just an example)
1) Bayshore - 3 room (Plus Model) - 10 yrs MOP & levy on resale... (maybe can get a seaview if lucky)
2) Bedok south - 4 room (10 mins walk to Tanah Merah MRT)
3) Tengah - 5 room (near MRT but ready after 2026)

Which will you choose?

For myself i most likely will go for Bedok South, but bayshore is so tempting to have a chance for getting seaview unblock too, and Tengah have the spacious 5 room, and one will get use to it after staying for awhile...still my choice goes with bedok south for the moment...maybe....LOL

Get a 5r at tengah then, safest bet,cheapest among the three locations and 2026 is just 2 years odd away
You wouldn't want to travel all the way to Jurong from Bayshore/Bedok? Unless you are working in the east/orchard/marina bay area

The HDB subsidy for Plus and Prime flat is much much more than standard flat. So low and middle class income Singaporean household now can also afford the choose this good location flat. Great thank HDB for all the grant given.

5 rooms because since 3 rooms too small then 4 or 5. since space is bigger the better then 5

For bayshore, not everyone will be getting seaview. Tengah is nearby airbase, and after 2030 PLAB part of it will be shifting to Tengah airbase. So think twice. Do not forget that Bayshore BTO will be 10 years MOP....

thats why some complain say 5 years also cannot get BTO lah.

It is true to have mrt nearby, or at least lots of buses to the mrt.
Actually if new estates with new roads, the LTA and bus companies have not even planned the routes of new buses. So it may be a one bus only to the nearest MRT! Cycle or Mobility Bike to school also? 4-day work week lah and shorten to 40 hrs work week lah. WFH/WFO hybrid lah. Zoom discussions work lah. Grab food/services on calls lah. Tis is SG mah, quick lah, everyone wants things done fast, and fly off for holidays to chill mah
