which build to get?

hi guys im trying to decide between these 2 builds:

asus b75m plus and i5 3350p $291
kingston pc3 1600 8g $95
wd 500g blue $66
coolermaster 311 + fps hexa 500w 80+ $105
samsung 24x odd $22
powercolor 7850 ti pcs+ 2g $232

total $811

2)
msi b75ma e33 and i5 3350p $285
kingston pc3 1600 8g $95
wd500g blue $66
samsung odd $22
xigmatek helios 231 $46 (from mynextcom, hoping tradepac match price)
msi 7850 2g twinfrozr + fsp raider 550w 80+ $318

total $832
all the prices from tradepac


which build should i get? and is the msi graphics card better than the powercolor card?
and which motherboard brand gives the best warranty?
and help me see if i can change any parts to improve it
