I have a placing for ntu bio sci program. I have an interest for it but I somehow fear that I will lose it. Im those kind who like to study on interest, I know the workooad can be alot and studying can become a chore. Im relatively strong in sci. Also am worried about the prospect.

Was thinking of changing to ntu economics for the prospect. Im interested in business but not good to enter nus or smu. My a level score for econs is cmi (got a c).

Did pretty badly for A levels due to a few screw ups and my proficiency in some subjects.

Hmm in a dilemma right now. How about SIM business?

I need advices. Sometimes I worry about not being able to grad.

Studies at tertiary level are never easy, regardless of what course you take. You could prep yourself more by reading up on the curriculum online on the courses that you intend to go to.

One thing is, once you made your informed choice, stick to it all the way till the end. If you decide to go for the bio-science path and love it, go all the way, else there is always an MBA (or maybe take up a business degree) should you want to switch line.

Just to add, I had visited the NTU website and there is an option to do a minor in Business for the Bio-Sciences degree.

Biz and econs are two totally different things. Don't go into econs thinking it would be somewhat similar or even slightly similar to business. Econs in uni is very math intensive as compared to the JC level. I would just stick to ntu bio sci if I were you. You might suffer in econs if you don't know what its really about.

You only live once.

Do something that you are interested in and will not regret in future :)

Just my $0.02
