suddenly 1953 forgotten..

Launch in 2019, 27 sold in 2019 + only 3 sold for whole of 2020.

30 out of 58 sold so far.

FH TEDGE, launch back in March 2020.

17 out of 42 sold till date. No windows In living space, one of the weirdest layout I’ve seen.

Just realised a few things:

1) not everyone favours a pool inside their unit, especially those small ones, and worse, need to do frequent maintenance. Else breeding mosquitoes or grow algae.
2) not everyone favours boutique unit, which usually lacks full condo facilities.
3) freehold at non ideal location can also loss big money.
4) used to love swanky loft units, later then realise most buyers still prefer normal type of bedroom layout.

So when buying a home, practical layout at good location still matters to most buyers.

Agreed... too many other factor$.

Actually not bad for a boutique condo with a prestigious architect.. wonder y sales so bad..

The development too far from MRT and while it’s in D10, its jus across Principal Gardens and The Crest that is about 400psf cheaper and just completed.

I see wrongly
Jervois prive 1 sold, jervois treasure 2 sold.

They have not officially launched yet if I am not wrong. Only a soft launch for business partners.

Hi expert, if a newbie wants to be a developer to buy a detach house and rebuild 2 semi detach, can the developer buy the detach House under company name still need to pay ABSD? Or need personal name cause I understand only local can buy landed.

Price adjusted I guess, 1 year diff. Can get higher floor for $100k cheaper.
