boarding mrt at cck is like going for war

you might want to consider yew tee (cck st 62, block 619 to 627)
do take note of their 5 rm thou, most will get west sun

Thats why most unsold units are low floors

How far ish far from amenities? Tiagong some sinkies walk 100m also damn far must call Uber Grab...Lol

Otherwise always go for near MRT...Next time sell or rent also easier.

Hall gets morning sun but just partial

Not direct but at the side ..still able to see the sun
