In trip.com, look for those that states "Guest Laundry" or smth like that

How it works:
1. Put your clothes into the washer, select the washing method. Detergent is always provided (either auto-dispense or pour yourself).
2. After washing/ spinning, take it out and put into the dryer yourself
3. After drying, take it out and that's it

If you forget to remove from the washer/ dryer, someone will take it out for you and place them in baskets/ bags, since you're "hogging" the machines

Yes it is free. They have a laundry area. For example, if your laundry is finished and you don't take out, someone who want to use it will take out and put aside. If you have bag or the hotel provides one, you can just hang the bag outside with the room #. So that they can put them in the bag.

Most hotels provide free laundry service (can send up to your room for you too). You can just drop the clothes to wash/dry then fill up the note template/leave a note on the washing machine, then and staff will bag it up. Staff periodically handle these requests so the laundry service don't get jammed up otherwise, those that want to wash/dry will just chuck your laundry out into the provided bins which you might need to find and possibly lost items ah...

At least from experiences with the hotels in China that is, with clean clothes in China, so comfortable!
