Which is better, SPXS or CSPX?

In terms of tax advantage and expense ratio it seems like SPXS is ahead, but in terms of counterparty risk CSPX seems to be ahead. What would you guys rather own? I'm personally thinking of selling my VUSD and switching to SPXS, but im a bit worried about the counterparty risk involved and im not even sure who the counterparty is. Anyone knows? Also SPXS has close to 9B in AUM and is managed by Invesco, so how does accurately assess this risk?

Erm. SPXS is a leverage inverse etf of S&P500 which is like opposite of CSPX...

Obviously I'm referring to SPXS LSE which is the synthetic etf tracking the S&P500 rather than the SPXS on NYSEARCA which is the leveraged etf.
