7 Plus (because of the new home button), then 5 (size), and 4 (my first iPhone, super elegant look at that time)
I still miss the home button.

On a side note, gotta admit iPhone’s quality is awesome. The 4S I gave my sister 7 years ago is still working.

My latest iPhone is 7. My favourite gotta be my 6S. Surprisingly fast performance ( maybe after battery change is slightly faster)

Has a headphone jack, which in the future consider as retro feel

Has a 64gb storage, not too small not too late, still can tong for another 1-2 years considering that now base models come with 64GB
