Which Part to upgrade?

My pc is around 5 years old now.. With recent upgrades of GPU and RAM. So i was wondering... Which part should i upgrade now?

Specs:
MOBO: ASUS SABRETOOTH 990FX+ FX 6300
GPU: GIGABYTE R9 290 Windforce OC
RAM: GSKILL RIPJAWS X 2*8GB 2400MHZ
FANS: 4* ARCTIC PWM 12. 1X NOCTUA NF A-14PWM
PSU: COOLERMASTER SILENTPRO 600W

2X LG FLATRON IPS 235 monitors.

Should i upgrade my cpu to a fx8350? Or change the entire board to a intel board.

Either Skylake i5 or tong for Zen.

AMD Zen is AM4 socket, so need motherboard change.

A change to Zen means all except GPU, SSD, HDD and chassis have to go...
