Which printer has better print quality?

i'm looking for a sub-S$200 all-in-one printer and I found canon MG4270 and HP 5520 (in it fairs)
which printer has better text quality and which is better photo quality?
I don't really care about print speed and features like wifi, they are just a bonus that i don't need
