WHich PSU should i buy?

or

CoolerMaster Slient Pro M2 620W 80+ Bronze Modular - MyNeXTComOnline

both 600 plus W but how come price got such difference?

Modular PSU, simply, you can add/remove cables from the PSU so that you can use only the cables you need and not have unwanted cables lying around in your case. It helps with cable management.

PSU comes in different prices.

Modular means the wires can be taken out. Only those important ones will not be able to take out ie. 24pin ATX power/20+4 pin

Full Modular means all wires are able to take out.

Non Modular is the traditional one with all the wires attached to it. aka Octopus leg.

Basically Modular is to help you reduce wire clutters. For chassis that are tiny, limited space to reduce heat.

Another thing to consider is the Bronze 80% efficiency.
This one is to make sure that at stress load the PSU is able to give you an output of 80% Watts at minimum.

So to answer your question the price differs from the type of PSU you want. Even though the 2 PSU is at 625W but i believe the Extreme 2 has no 80% efficiency.

It's more then just the difference between modular and non modular PSUs.
Both are also based on a different platform and from different OEM.
The extreme series is CM lower end range and is actually rubbish so please do not bother with it. It's also overratted and would not produce that 600W safely.
The Slient Pro M2 however would being based on a far better platform.
But I would recommend that you get a Seasonic/FSP instead since they are cheaper and are internally still better units.
