Understand your worry with amd and heat, but that is actually how it used to be in the past. AMD's latest Ryzen actually runs fairly cool, so much so that many people are able to obtain stable overclocks with good temperatures just using the stock included CPU cooler.

Intel also tends to be ~20-30% (off the top of my head) more expensive for a comparable part, but I can come up with one for you later if you still want

Lazada is just a marketplace for the brand distributors/shops you see in Sim Lim, so the warranty is with the vendor yes. However Lazada does provide support to return the item within a set amount of time (usually 7 days) if defective etc.

Just a personal anecdote but the 2 ryzen 2600x systems I've built for clients so far have maxed out at 72-76°c under heavy benchmark loads in non-aircon room. Normal day to day usage/gaming won't even come close to these benchmark loads so you should definitely be fine

It's a plus point if you want the convenience of bringing the whole system to them and let them figure out what's wrong and get it fixed for you. However I personally don't feel it's enough of a plus point to warrant the huge price/specs difference.

Each of the parts have their own warranty of varrying lengths. Eg. AMD CPU, MSI motherboard is 3 years, PSU usually 5 years if not 10 years, RAM is usually lifetime warranty.

So actually the individual parts have warranties that will out last the 3 years on those 2 systems. I also believe it's better to be able to troubleshoot and figure out which part is faulty on your own so as to minimize any risk of them overcharging you haha.

temp wont be an issue unless you use a "below spec" or improper mounting of cooler bah

other than that, wrt to those specs - the one that really triggers me is the H310/A320 chipset-based boards

Should be able to pay like $100 more on AfterShock website to use B350 or B450 mobo. Can't remember, but i think i see before.

If TS die die wants to get the whole system rig from 1 vendor, just bring the PC Parts down to places like
PCThemes (more "reputable"/"noob friendly", but slightly higher cost)
TradePac (cheaper, but noob unfriendly lol)

You'll still be able to get the same parts as your AfterShock specs at a cheaper price. ($50-100++ depending on ur bargaining skills and parts)
