Which RTX 4090 should I get?

I will be getting a rtx 4090 but can’t make up my mind on which one should I get.
my budget for the card is around 2.5-2.6k so I am currently stuck with the 4 options below, I skipped gigabyte as I read there are crack issue

Zotac Gaming RTX4090 Trinity OC 24GB Triple Fan GDDR6X

are there any major pros/cons for the card?
And Which cards will you guys recommend?

zotac is not bad for 40 series and the amp extreme is their flagship.

Zotac 3+2 yrs. Let me share something for those who do not know. The extra 2 yrs, if you need rma, rma can only be filed by the original buyer who register the card.

If you plan to use the card all the way, no issue. If you sell the card away and the buyer need to rma after the initial 3 yrs, the buyer has to contact you for the rma.

not quite true.
i have called tech dynamic. they say once the original buyer had register the GPU, if u as the 2nd owner of the card can just quote the email or screenshot of the initial buyers registration, they will honor it still.

yea once the first buyer registers, its ok already. get him to pass you his email or the screenshot of the registration and the subsequent buyer can just use that for RMA

Unless you want the bling that match your RGB color theme then get one for design.​

Maybe that's only for those who wanna overclock? I read somewhere the 40 series card don't have much headroom to OC(i might be wrong) , so any brand, the performance difference is minimal. It's boils down to the temps, design, price and warranty.

With how hot cards are, I also wouldn't bother to OC the card just to get a few more frames but risking it running at a higher temp. Will just stick to its default

Majority people that tune is actually downvolting not overclocking

the components are not under speced by any means otherwisr it will be a different matter

Don't know if anyone noticed, nvidia actually locked Vmax GPU to 1.07V for all newer batches. It doesn't go to 1.1V anymore. I think the 4090 is already the holy grail of GPU technology. If you're on air cooler, even at stock settings, it runs way cooler than the 3090. If you're wanting to overclock and rip the 600W limit that some cards like the FE and Strix, then by all means. But going from 450W to 600W in terms of performance will not materially change your experience in gaming only synthetic benchmarks. But you're certainly not going to like running 600W on the stock air cooler if its gonna dump all that heat in your room plus the current 5hitty weather without AC means you have to change your underwear more often during the day.

for my own experience, and my use case, i using a 4070 ti zotac amp extreme with its beefy cooler that is the exact same cooler being use by the 4090 zotac amp extreme.

Using my gpu vertical mount in a Hyte Y60 case, the temps when i play csgo ranges about 65 to 71 degree max. If i remove my Hyte Y60 glass panel, the temps of the GPU drop to about 55 to 58 degrees.

Just knowing that potentially it can run cooler irks me up. The hyte y60 glass panel being pretty close to my vertically mounted GPU will cause temps to go up. Should i do anything about it or 65 to 71 degree is still okay?

not possible to change mounting. cant do the traditional gpu mount cuz the casing back dont have the alignment for the gpu cutouts, its all for vertical haha... unless cut it away.

Or spend $100 to buy another vertical mount that is able to tilt abit..or buy 140mm fans to replace the bottom default 120mm fans haha.

I believe the main concerns is the hot spot temperature reading instead, surface temperature is possible affected by case but not significant.

Someone I know bought a 4090 off Carousell today $2200ish brand new from a local shop with 3 year local warranty. It was Inno3D model which performs very well.
