i see the 3700x only use 65W and all other ryzen cpu like 105W, it looks very tempting with such low power cpu

Is it easy to push a 3600 to an all-core 4.1, or even 4.2 ghz with modest power input?

In most benchmark scenarios in reviews I seen so far, PBO (precision boost overdrive) yields almost the same performance as a manual overclock.

Also never seen reviewers talk about golden samples. It's possible that AMD binned the CPU really well and/or the PBO design is so dynamically efficient that it there is no overclocking headroom above what PBO offers automatically already.

It would not be unfathomable that AMD has kept all the golden samples for release as overclocked SKUs for future release too.
