Which ssd and Ram to purchase?

Hi everyone! im looking for an upgrade for my hard disk to SSD and ram. Not sure of how much ram this computer can actually hold , so i need help from the pros here :) and also which brand of SSD and Ram should i get ? Help would be deeply appreciated! thanks!:s12:

Specs:
processor : intel core i5- 4570 CPU @ 3.20GHZ
Ram : 4gb
Graphic card : nvidia geforce gtx750 TI

SSD - Crucial M500

RAM - Any major brand (Kingston, Crucial, Gskill) value ram will do
