There are still Valued-Buy Development available. So which would be the Valued-Buy in 2019 ?

If you are thinking of doing a property tour around the Whistler Grand location, there are a few other projects you should include in your list, if you haven't considered them already. Like Twin VEW next to Whistler Grand and Kent Ridge Hill Residences at Pasir Panjang. Twin VEW has pretty much sold out its smaller units, but there are still some bigger units left.

And later on this year, there will be a few more launching, around 2nd Quarter to 3rd Quarter 2019. Like Normanton Park by Kingsford Huray, on the former Normanton Park site. Not near MRT station though, but the location will have great views, and likely sea views too for those units facing south. Or the one Holland Village by Far East Organisation, that will be a mixed development. Besides the retail shops, it will have 3 types of housing, ranging from low-rise shophouse type units to normal apartments, and a few apartments in the luxury range to be named Quincy House. The only drawback is that it will be 99 year leasehold in an area that is mainly freehold.
