White light spots on iPhone 4S LCD

Hi my iPhone 4S is 2 years plus. I recently have been seeing white spots about 5 to 10 from the LCD. It looks like it's increasing in number

It can't be from the screen protector right?

I bought this phone as a 2nd hand - is it original?

Bright spots directly from the LCD? Might be dead pixels.
